Marriage
Girls that are peasants get married at the age of 12! They marry boys much older than them. Marriages were usually arranged by the parents of the child but some people chose their own spouse but not very often. An ordinarty man had 1-2 wives at a time. Divorce was an option but it was not as common as it is today.
food and cooking
Most cooking ws done in clay ovens or over open fires. for fuel they regularly used wood. The food could be boiled, baked, stewed, grilled fried or roasted. Ancient Egyptians had utilities such as bowls, storage jars, pots, pans, sieves and whisks which are what a lot of people use in cooking today. Most commoners use objects made of clay but wealthy peolpe use objects made from bronze, silver or gold. a lot f pleople in Ancient Egypt loved beer and bread. Beer was made with barley. Barley was also used to make commond bread. Egyptians used sesame seeds, fruit, honey, butter and herbs in most cooking.
